RM100
A RM100 e-book voucher for 2026. Higher education students redeem it on MySiswaPlace. School pupils under KPM, from the transition class to Form 6, plus vocational college, matriculation and IPGM students, redeem it on BookCapital. Use it by 31 October 2026.
Who qualifies: Higher education students: Malaysians who were active students on 31 March 2026, including those on industrial training.
RM300, one-off
One-off RM300 cash aid from the Sabah government for students at higher education institutions inside Sabah.
Who qualifies: Students at higher education institutions in Sabah.
RM5 meals; RM20 million expansion
Campus kitchens with cooking equipment, donated food items and a RM5 set meal called Menu Kasih Siswa. In 2027 the programme expands to polytechnics and teacher training institutes with RM20 million.
Who qualifies: Students at participating public universities, and from 2027 at polytechnics and teacher training institutes.
Full exemption up to RM500,000; partial up to RM750,000
First-time buyers pay no stamp duty on the transfer and loan agreement for homes up to RM500,000. From 2027, homes up to RM750,000 also qualify: the first RM500,000 is exempt and the balance gets 50% off.
Who qualifies: First-time Malaysian homebuyers buying a home priced up to RM750,000.
From 1 January 2026, the stamp duty exemption on employment contracts rises from RM300 to RM3,000 monthly salary. New income tax relief of up to RM1,000 for local tourist attraction fees (Visit Malaysia 2026). Child care and medical insurance relief is expanded.
RM100 twice (RM200 in 2027)
In 2027, Malaysians aged 18 and above who do not get STR will receive RM100 SARA MADANI credit twice: before Aidilfitri and for the 70th National Day. It is for basic groceries at SARA partner shops, not cash. Exact dates are not out yet.
Who qualifies: Malaysians aged 18 and above who are not STR recipients, up to 13 million people, including the M40 group.
