Who Qualifies
Graduates aged 20 to 45 from low- and middle-income (B40 and M40) families who earn a First-Class Honours Bachelor's Degree at public HEIs.

How to Apply
Submit degree certificate and academic transcript via the PTPTN online waiver portal upon graduation.
